Dedicated authentic Pilates studio at The Sidings, Ampthill Industrial Estate, founded in 2017 by STOTT and Classical Pilates teacher Steph Hammond. Fully-equipped Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Tower and Ladder Barrel studio with mat circuits, beginners courses and one-to-one rehab.
