About the School
Purpose-built pilates and wellbeing studio in Darlington's west end run by Body Control Pilates instructor Sarah Wilkinson, with two spacious studios and three treatment rooms. Regular timetable combines mat and reformer pilates with barre classes that blend ballet technique and pilates conditioning, alongside adult ballet, yoga and mindfulness for mixed-ability adults.
