Lancaster-based dance charity (no 1215666) co-founded in 2011 by Helen Gould MBE and George Adams, specialising in dance for health and inclusion. Delivers a weekly programme spanning Progressive Ballet Technique, contemporary, Skinner Release, creative ceilidhs and Neuro-Moves sessions for people with neurological conditions.
