Free weekly creative movement class for older adults at the Plumstead Centre, delivered by Greenwich Dance with a dedicated Nepalese-language translator to serve the area's large Nepalese/Gurkha community. Part of the wider Dance for Wellbeing programme also run in Woolwich.
