About the School
Inclusive community dance programme led by trained BeSocial@theCentre Community Dance Lead Sarah Hartley, designed for people managing Parkinson's, MS and other long-term conditions. Mostly seated work with 15-20 minutes of standing/travelling, plus vocal warm-ups, run weekly on Mondays at Abbey Fields Community Centre Winchcombe and Tuesdays in Tewkesbury.
