About the School
Community dance organisation led by Michelle Hainsworth, a dance artist qualified in Dance for Older Adults, Dance and Disability and Dance for Parkinson's. Runs regular free, no-booking-needed classes including a Newport session at St Johns Hall combining seated and standing dance for over-55s and those needing gentler movement, plus a 'Make a Move' programme for people living with Parkinson's, MS and stroke survivors.
