Mark Bailey's MB Body Motive runs Boogie Bounce mini-trampoline dance fitness classes in Barton Seagrave (Kettering), Wellingborough and Stanion, using HIIT choreography to chart-topping music. Monday evening Wellingborough sessions at Our Lady's Catholic Junior School.
